Stay in Breda

A modern and light family home in a quiet street, just a short walk from the city centre, the lively Ginnekenweg and the Mastbos forest.
The house is tastefully designed and ideal for families or couples seeking comfort and tranquility in the city.
With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, patio and rooftop terrace, it’s the perfect base to discover Breda — or simply unwind and feel at home.

The Space

The house has two floors and offers everything for a comfortable stay in Breda.

On the ground floor you’ll find a bright, cozy living room with floor heating and an open kitchen, fully equipped for cooking your own meals.
From the kitchen you can access a small, sheltered patio — a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink outdoors.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower and direct access to the rooftop terrace — a peaceful place to enjoy the morning sun or relax in the evening.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, which also provides heating in winter.

A second bathroom is accessible from the hallway, making the home perfect for families or groups who value a bit of extra privacy.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house, including:
– The living room and open kitchen
– The small patio on the ground floor
– Three bedrooms on the first floor
– Two bathrooms (one ensuite in the master bedroom)
– The rooftop terrace, connected to the master bedroom

Please note:
– There’s a small step at the entrance, so the house is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.
– In the master bedroom, there’s a small step down to the sleeping area — clearly marked for safety.

The house is completely private — you won’t share any spaces with others during your stay.
